How do I update account details and default settings?

 

To manage your profile and account details, go to Settings in the main menu. In My nabtrade, you can update your profile, portfolio and account details, manage security and shared access and adjust your communication preferences and subscriptions.  You’ll also find forms for Broker-to-Broker transfers and  Issuer-Sponsored Conversion requests.

  • To manage your address, tax and employment status, and set default accounts, simply click on Profile
  • To update your account details and set your account’s preferred name simply click on Portfolio and accounts. Here you can also set up dividend crediting and enable additional trading products and services, such as Exchange Traded Options (ETOs).
  • Click on Security and Shared Access to reset your password and view authorised persons on your nabtrade account.
  • To manage your delivery methods, notifications and email subscriptions, click on Communication preferences
  • To activate and manage paid monthly subscriptions to  IRESS ViewPoint and Morningstar Premium Research, click on Subscriptions.
  • Click on Service notifications and actions to view a historical log of nabtrade service notifications and manage outstanding actions on your account.
  • To convert your existing Issuer Sponsored shares to broker or CHESS sponsored shares with nabtrade, Click on Issuer Sponsored Conversion.
  • To transfer your existing shares from another broker to your nabtrade account, Click on Broker to Broker Transfer form
