How to update your residential or mailing address

• To update your residential or mailing address, navigate to Settings from the main navigation, click on Profile, and scroll down to Address details
• Once you have made the change, you will be asked if you would like to update your CHESS address with these new details. If you wish to proceed, select the account and follow the prompts. This new address will be automatically submitted to CHESS.

Note: For non-individual accounts, only the primary account holder will be prompted to update their CHESS address when updating their residential or mailing address.

How to update registered place of business addresses for company accounts

• To update addresses for company accounts, navigate to Settings from the main navigation and click on Portfolio and accounts.
• For company accounts, navigate to the Company details tab.

How to update registered addresses for trust accounts

• To update addresses for company accounts, navigate to Settings from the main navigation and click on Portfolio and accounts.
• For trust accounts, navigate to the Trust details tab.
